At WOF, we strive to match our potential sponsors with a level of support that aligns with their goals, while enabling us to operate the festival and give back to the nonprofits we work with. We appreciate all forms of support, including cash donations, in-kind donations, and sponsorships. Every level of support receives equal appreciation, and higher levels of participation offers increased visibility at the event and amplified social media sharing.

  • Title Sponsorship: $3,500

    Name recognition as a Title Sponsor an all promotional materials, including fliers, posters and promotional media at each sponsor, ally and associated businesses.

    “Brought to you By”, “Presented By” or other agreed upon verbiage.

    Name included in all onsite announcements and individual event gathering sites.

    Each group event will thank the title sponsor by name and acknowledge their essential contribution.

    Opportunity to provide promotional “swag” in the takeaway bag for participants Free event attendance and 1 RV camp site for the title sponsor and their crew.

    Up to a 20x40 booth space available to promote your business.

    Premiere logo placement on Warriors Outdoor Festival shirts and soft goods.

    Continued media coverage for 6 months after WOF, with the title sponsors being prominently mentioned.

  • ASSOCIATE: $2,000

    Name recognition as an Associated Sponsor on all promotional materials, including fliers, posters and promotional media at each sponsor, ally, and associated business.

    Opportunity to provide promotional swag in the takeaway bag for participants.

    Free event attendance for the sponsor and their crew.

    Up to a 10x20 booth space to promote your business.

    Logo placement on Warriors Outdoor Festival shirts and jerseys.

  • VENDOR TENT: $250

    10x10 space , discounts for veterans and non-profit organizations 

    Inclusion on allies list 

  • Ally: $25

    Name recognition as an Ally on all promotional materials, including fliers, posters and promotional media. 

    Opportunity to provide promotional swag in the takeaway bag for each participant. 

    Discount on booth spaces. 

    Logo placement on onsite banners, and posters under Supporting Allies 

The sponsorship benefits provided above are customizable and subject to agreement between WOF and the sponsor.

By utilizing a multi-faceted marketing and promotion approach, WOF maximizes visibility, engagement, and excitement surrounding the festival. Together with our sponsors, vendors, nonprofit partners, and local media outlets, we create a dynamic and comprehensive marketing strategy that ensures broad awareness and participation.
